Having worked under renowned chefs Tom Kerridge in London and James Golding at The Pig, Joseph has developed a deep appreciation for bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. His exclusive four-course menu reflects his love for country-style cooking, focusing on the finest seasonal produce.
