Joseph Pike Supper Club: A Return to Comfort
We’re delighted to welcome acclaimed local Chef Joseph Pike back to Blue Jasmine Wine & Tapasía for another unforgettable pop-up supper club on Friday 1st August.
Known for his warm, nostalgic flavours and impeccable technique, Joseph brings a 5-course menu of elevated country-style home cooking, all for just £50 per guest.

The Menu
Each guest will start with homemade focaccia with butter and oils, and end on a sweet note with Joseph’s Petit Fours.
In between, you’ll pre-order your choices from the following courses:
Starters
– Marinated Nutbourne tomato salad with Burrata
– Crab cocktail
– Ham hock scotch egg
Mains
– Chicken supreme with 24-hour pressed crispy layered potato, tenderstem broccoli & mushroom cream sauce
– Whole baked lemon sole with lemon caper butter & new potatoes
– Roasted cauliflower chimichurri on polenta
Desserts
– Raspberry panna cotta
– Chocolate orange mousse
– Cheese board (3 cheeses, water biscuits & chutney)
