Our philosophy

At Blue Jasmine, we follow a simple philosophy: to serve Asian gastronomy that’s been elevated to fine dining standards. This ethos carries through every aspect of our restaurant, from our waterside location in Southampton’s Ocean Village Marina to the precision with which each of our dishes is expertly prepared and plated.

Our modern take on Asian cuisine is a celebration of authentic flavours. Overseen by Executive Chef Daren Liew, our menu delivers the essence of Southeast Asia, elevated to new and innovative heights. We select the best local ingredients from Hampshire, the New Forest and the Isle of Wight, and enhance these with spices imported from Malaysia, China and Thailand.


We offer a taste of Asia that’s elegant and refined. This cultural journey continues behind our bar, with a variety of house cocktails developed using unique Asian flavour notes. These are complemented by a premium spirit selection that includes Japanese and Korean whiskies, along with Chinese rice wines, all of which enhance the vibrant flavours on our menu.

At Blue Jasmine, we operate both a lunch and dinner service, six days a week Tuesday to Sunday. To guarantee a table, we recommend you use our online booking system to make a reservation in advance of your visit.
